Last night was hard. if you were to ask me, I would have backed out last night. for good. I woulda said 'no way, uh uh, not me, I can't do that'
It was just last night that I realized that I would be sharing those 9 months in england with up to 9 strangers. sharing a room with them. having my privacy taken away. and I wasn't sure if I could do that. I'm still not sure.
I'm quite the introverted extrovert, if you understand. as much as I like to be in a crowd, I need my alone time, time to think about my day, time to just be me, with no one watching. I guess I'm just gonna have to find a space that I can call my own that I can run to when life gets a little too overwhelming.
my fear of going to england has shifted from the getting there to this. to not being able to go to my room to be alone at the end of the day.
oh. thats something else to put on my 'to buy' list - a reading lamp for in my bunk.


I decided something today. let me tell you. When I am in england, I will have to go to the Castle Theatre, I think thats what its called, where shakespeare did his plays. I will memorize a speech from one of his plays (romeo and juilette, I think) and stand upon the stage and recite it. I think that would be perfectly wonderful.
and with that I am off.
